Last night my wife and I dined at Jardin Japonesque for the first time. This restaurant, tucked in a small side street, has a relaxed but quietly sophisticated ambience.
With the help of the charming waitress, we ordered the "Bridge", a combination of salmon and scallop sashimi and salmon tataki followed by chicken teriyaki.
Our meal was simply outstanding- beautiful fresh produce, locally sourced where possible ( eg Hervey Bay scallops, and I also noted Mooloolaba prawns on the menu), Delightfully presented. and all reasonably priced for such a high quality dining experience.
Jardin Japonesque is a hidden gem which deserves to be near the top of the list of Noosa restaurants. Move over Wasabi!
We shall be back shortly to experience the organic vegetable tempura. Highly recommended.
