We had a family holiday here for Christmas 2013 and it was very special. The beachfront location is unbeatable - you can just spend hours on the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean.
Noosa is a great location for food, beach and walks - the National Park must be explored.
Bathroom was a bit small for the price - and with a two teenage daughters a second bathroom would be ideal - but the rest of the apartment made up for it. A great time of year to visit Noosa (it certainly got busier after Boxing Day) and hope to be back again soon.

We stayed here for 8 days in Januray and had a great time. Excellent location in the middle of Hastings street. Easy access to both shopping and beach. For those who hate sand this is ideal, swim in the surf, walk back to the shower by the beach access gate and then jump in the pool.

Rooms are clean and ours was air conditioned. (check if he one you select is) some people have complained about cleaning and towels. Ours was fine but they are rented out by different companies, we used used Richardson and Wrench and stayed in apartment 28 which was on the first floor on level 1. Our cleaning was satisfactory.

I would go again!

Firstly we booked through AccomNoosa who manage some of the apartments at Fairshore.

This is only our second family holiday in Australia as we normally choose cheaper Asian destinations. We paid over $400 a night for a 2 bedroom apartment (& then another $30 per night for a third adult). Bit steep but last weekend of January leading into Australia Day weekend.

Great = awesome customer service by Accom Noosa staff - had to call a couple of times for little things that were followed up immediately. Comfy bed! Amazing location literally beach on one side & Hastings street on your other - cannot beat it! View from room awesome. Lots of great outdoor and BBQ area to use and really well equipped kitchen. Towels were good (contrary to other reviews) and daily service of rooms fine. Free wifi. Pool and spa great.

Negatives = one cake of soap between 5 of us for 6 days bit stingy. One dishcloth for 6 days and tea towel not replaced during week. No tongs in room which would have been helpful for BBQ?! Had to pay $30 per night for third child and although that meant providing rollaway it didn't include towel? Also initial mattress so uncomfortable sleep impossible but replaced with better mattress as soon as complaint made but wonder why better one wasn't provided initially?

Overall these little things did not affect our holiday ( neither did the cyclonic rain!). Would definitel choose again and ask for same room type - ground floor direct pool access, which with 2 little ones was perfect!

I stayed here in August of last year and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I mean, how could you not when you wake up on Noosa's Main Beach every morning. Yes, you pay for the location, but I'd pay every cent again to wake up with a smile on my face.
Of course it wasn't cleaned everyday, the Fairshore complex is an apartment complex, not a resort, so I was more than happy to not have housekeeping knock on the door, and again, I'm happy to pay for an apartment rather than a resort room!
I just loved the Fairshore and would and will stay again in a heartbeat! The gym is basic, but why would I want to use the gym when the national park is just up the road, and the beach is at your front door.
Also the staff that we did the booking through were fantastic and helpful and smiley and hospitanble and clearly enjoy the place the live and their job in Hastings Street in Noosa!
So if you stay here, you'll love it, but it is an apartment building, NOT a motel, but the location is THE BEST IN NOOSA!!!

The Fairshore apartments are located in the best position on one of the world's great beaches--they are centre beach on one side, and in the middle of buzzing Hastings Street on the other. So you can swim in sparkling safe waters or shop in trendy boutiques and eat in a multitude of restaurants as you choose, each no more than 100 metres from your apartment. We (4 adults)stayed in Apartment 35, which was on the top floor, tastefully decorated, and in a perfect position to do as little or much as you want. The kitchen & main living area were great, and the main bedroom very good, with a very comfortable king bed. The second bedroom was quite small, with quite short single beds (our sons feet overhung the end), and limited storage space. The single bathroom was fine. The swimming pool and spa were great, and we made excellent use of the quality BBQ areas. The one gripe we had was the lack of some of the basic necessities for a week long self catering stay--the frypan was not induction cooktop (as supplied) compatible, there were very limited kitchen utensils (eg no spatulas, wooden spoons, serving implements, serving bowls, scourer etc), leaving the impression of unnecessary meanness--we bought a number of items to make our stay successful. The apartment servicing during stay was basically just towel replacement, rubbish removal & some replacement of consumables such as detergents. Contact with the front office staff was efficient & pleasant. Overall then, fabulous location, pretty high standard accommodation, with a few small details requiring fixing to earn an excellent overall rating

Room Tip: Ground floor for direct access to the pool, third floor for better views and privacy from passers by

Well this was probably the worst Xmas holiday experience we have had - very shabby apartments with very thin towels, 1 toilet roll for 4 people per day, 1 contract cleaner (that we timed) who spent 5-7 minutes per day in the apartment with no floors done. Even the check-in was very disappointing - no smiles and no welcoming faces. Hot water ran out each morning and amenties were never replaced. Also new knives added to the cutlery without taking off $ stickers. Considering we spend $860 per night we expected something better. A real experience of meaness and scrimping on guests. A lesson in hospitality is required for the management - absolutely appalling. Will not recommend and will never stay again.

Expensive - we paid $800 per night for a ground floor apartment so kids could access pool easily without us having to tackle stairs & door keys ten times a day and so parents could actually try to relax. . Christmas treat to have family holiday with Qld relatives.
For that outlay, we got cheap thin nasty towels, a very basic bed tidy each day (no cleaning!) and had to empty our own rubbish & ensure dishes were washed & put away at the end, if we didn't want to be charged a $60 penalty!
Pool is nice & location on beach excellent. But you pay dearly for it. Management is tight, lean, mean, and nasty. Penny wise and pound poor as they are missing the bigger picture.
Queenslanders should be really clear why tourism here is declining - much better value & less penny pinching overseas even including flights. Do yourself a favor fairshore and remember you are actually in the business of hospitality!!! Other apartment was upstairs was very very dated & not clean. Sad for our relatives to see such disparity between the two apartments when we were trying to holiday as a family. Gym was basic and also mean. No water or towels in the gym, not even a remote control to change tv channels. Staff did try to be helpful but management policies need a good hard looking at.

The Fairshore apartments are self contained apartments not a hotel. The difference being that they have full facilities. Our daily service includes making of beds, replacement of towels, Tea, coffee, sugar, dish washing liquid and powder and toilet paper. All apartments are privately owned and have been renovated to the owners taste. The apartments that were booked were 2 different standards.

The gym has a treadmill, bike, and weight rack. The TV did have a remote control, however it was continuously removed resulting in us having to remove all remote controls, and guests can change the channels on the Austar box. In a hotel where the gym is owned and run by the management the cost of towels and water is factored in to the cost. The Fairshore gym is run by the Body Corp. We have forwarded your suggestion in regards to the towels and water.
