Travelled with my family of diehard surfers and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The complex is older in style yes, but the cost is very reasonable considering the fabulous view, easy access to great surf beach and ability to watch the family surf from the balcony. Pool and amenities were fine. Close to the terrific cafés in sunshine beach also. Probably do need a car to explore all that noosa has to offer.

Thanks so much for taking the time to comment on your experience. We certainly agree that this is a wonderful part of the world and offers so many holiday opportunities from action packed to complete relaxation. So happy you and your family enjoyed your time at our complex which over the past 8 years over 20,000 guest have enjoyed as we have some older units in our complex however they are priced very competitively for those that are price conscious but still want an apartment with all the amenities in a great location. For those who are able to spend a few more dollars, we also have recently renovated apartments which are overwhelmingly enjoyed by our guests and contributes to our return guest rate of over 65%,They are spacious units at a great price. It is always best and cheapest to book direct by calling, emailing or using the online booking engine on our website. We can then advise on the unit. which will best suit your price range and holiday needs.

Greated by lovely management and when we got to out room there were amazing views! If something was missing in out apartment it was immediately replaced. BBQ area was always clean, along with the pool and spa. Great location with walking distance to restaurants. Overall a great stay and will definitely return.

We stayed for a week during the recent school holidays. Our apartment had an amazing ocean view where i could watch the kids in the pool with one eye and the waves with the other. The resort is old style but the units are large and modern. The local restaurants and surf club are a few minutes walk and were great. We will book again.

Room Tip: Definitely get an ocean view

I thought that it was just me, but when I read a few other reviews, I realised that this place needs some serious attention, as it cannot live off a view forever. I get the distinct impression that there are two standards of accommodation here and we were at the poor end!

We booked a five day stay, but walked out after just one, with the managers refusing a refund and not interested in our concerns. Our unit was absolutely filthy. The kitchen area was appalling and the oven a disgrace. Even the chipped crockery had not been washed. And the number of cockroaches was in plague proportions. We looked to prepare food on the BBQ as a result, but that also had not been cleaned for some considerable time.

So we retire to our unit for an evening watching TV, but there is no reception after 5.30pm.

To add insult to injury, these guys are misrepresenting themselves as 4 STAR on certain websites and literature (including this website), when in fact they are Self-rated, but certainly not a 4, more like a 3.

Room Tip: There are better places to stay in Noosa, when we had to find somewhere else to stay for the remaind...

Come for the stunning views and leave promptly due to horrible managers. Upon arrival we were instantly treated rudely and aggressively told that we were parked in the wrong spot, after apologising profusely and moving the car. We thought, maybe well give her a break. Instead of using the dryer and wasting electricity, we decided to use the clothes horse provided out on the balcony. This was met with absolute horror by the female manager as she slunk past, prompting a shocked gasp and a mobile phone photo of the "mess" we'd created. In the booklet, the management states that after 7 days new towels were to be provided. We were told we had to pay 54 dollars..... Great view but there's a lot better out there for the money we spent...

We could honestly not relax the whole time. NEVER AGAIN, AVOID.

Room Tip: Just don't go.....

Your husband was invited for a two week stay as a guest of the owner as her gift to him as a valued employee. We were told to expect two guests and you brought 6 extra guests without the owners permission and you advised her on your return you lied about it to me when asked if she was aware of this as I was concerned there was not enough bedding or linen.
You were asked politely on two occasions to move your second car which was parked in another guests car park despite having been asked to park the extra vehicle in the guest car park.
You were asked politely to remove the alcohol you were drinking from the pool area as it is not allowed as per the signs and the body corporate rules.
As discussed with your husband extra linen is not provided to non paying guests unless authorised by the owner who would be paying the cost of this and he was happy with this. No photos of the washing which you had spread out in front of other peoples units were taken and I generally try not to slink as I walk around the complex performing my paid duties.
Your rude and ungrateful behaviour is between you and the owner of this unit who was appalled to have been taken advantage of by you and your family and will not be repeating her generosity to you..

This property looks great on the website however they have portrayed the best, not the one we had. They are quite old and a bit dirty. However I have scored 3 because of the location and
the view. On this occasion I had not checked trip adviser. If I had I would have seen it was no158!!

Room Tip: If you do book ask for a modern unit with block out curtains

Hot water ran out after one shower. Manger explained "Small tank just have to wait".
Kitchen faucet leaked, toilet ran on, whole place needs a good refit.
Location good, views lovely, however the whole place is getting run down, over priced for such a shoddy apartment. We left a day early, did not enjoy this place, will not return.
The manager wasn't interested in our comments.
