“Perfectly adequate for Port Hedland”

If you're in Hedland then chances are you're not there for a holiday. The All Seasons has everything you need when on a working visit - clean room, hot shower, comfortable bed and decent air conditioner. The prices are outrageous, but then a fibro shack will get upwards of $2000 in rent in Hedland. Again, the restaurant is average, but nobody is there for a fine dining experience. I've stayed here before & no doubt I'll stay here again.

You can see from the other reviews this is a motel in a mining town. Last time I stayed I got an email asking for feedback. My comments were it's too expensive, but they can fill the rooms every night so that's not going to change, & the staff appear disinterested.

This time the front office staff were great, they were welcoming & efficient. When I got to the room there was a welcome letter inviting me to have a beer & bottled water from the fridge. I thought that was a good improvement.

Unfortunately the improvements haven't got to the restaurant staff yet. Still disinterested, still poor service. It must be very hard for a chain (part of the Ibis chain now) to keep good staff in an industry not known for its high wages, in a town where the lowest paid Rio worker gets Mining Money. But Ibis are making a big $ from this property, they should maybe re-invest some in their staff.

Room Tip: Book well in advance

Food is awesome. Had a few things from the menu and everything was really good! Seafood was fresh could tell it had all been caught that day. You need to go up and order it's not table service which was annoying due to the two indecisive people infront that couldn't make up their minds what they wanted and standing waiting after a few drinks wasn't good :-/ but great Beach views and huge selection of wine and beer.

Most people who fly into Port Hedland do it for one reason, business and the hotel is more than adequate for this type of guest.

Staff are friendly and efficient and the rooms are clean and well maintained.

Don't expect a spa and a fancy gym but somewhere to rest and recharge after a hard days work.

After a long drive up through the dusty interior, it's great to have a room with ocean views. an older basic style motel, it's comfortable and clean, but if you're expecting something worth the money you have to pay, sorry. Port Hedland is a town with a shortage of accommodation and the prices reflect this.

The rooms are very small you could not swing a cat in them and they were quite dated but they were clean and confortable. You did not have a toaster or anything in the room only a kettle but this was not an issue as the room included a full buffet breakfast. The room also had a complimentary fruit platter I thought his was nice. We only stayed the one night as we were passing through. If I had to stay in port hedland again I would stay here as the rooms were clean even though they were dated.

Not bad, not great.
If this was located anywhere other than in the middle of Mining Bonanza Town, it would be worth about $80-$100 a night. $499 a night is insane. And WIFI is not even included for that price - nor is breakfast or anything else. This town is crying out for a bit of competition. Hear that, big hotel chains? Hedland is desperate for some new hotels.
I would have gladly stayed at the Cooke Point Caravan Park if it was available - unfortunately booked out.
This place is okay, but definitely not worth the money.
Walls are also paper thin (my colleague next door could hear me blowing my nose) so not great for a dirty weekend... or if you are next to someone who is having one.

Room Tip: Rooms located on the end of a row might be better, as only one common wall.
