Not far from Mandurah's CBD but with little street appeal. Plenty of lovely trees but the grounds need a good tidy up. Older style amenities block but very clean, did not notice other facilities such as camp kitchen or laundry. Have stayed on plenty of powered sites in Australia at this price ($37 p/n) and all offered more.

This is a very old park, but clean and tidy. Walking distance to the heart of Mandurah. Friendly operator. A lot of very large shady trees and mostly grassed areas. Perth was 40 degrees, park was around 32. A few permanent lodgers but we were not harassed or intimidated by them. At $37 for 1 night, really good value considering the locality. Certainly not 5 star but all good. Will be going back. This was our second stay.

This caravan Park is old but ablution block is very clean. It is in a great location close to restaurants and in walking distance to Mandjar Bay where there are cafes and you can board to do a canal/dolphin cruise.
There isn't a lot for children to do in the Park - no pool or playground etc.
We found the people running the Park were very pleasant & helpful.
There is a lot of bird life around so expect to be woken early in the morning. There are lots of trees around so lots of shade.
TV reception is terrible, no guarantee you will receive any TV channels.
We would return to this Park as location is fabulous

Stayed for 3 nights, toilets and showers old but clean and tidy, park staff polite and friendly, site clean with concrete hard stands on most lots, TV reception a lottery. Short walk to foreshore and restaurants, close to Mandurah city centre
