booked this hotel for a recent business trip to Perth.
The room was a very good size and well laid out. I had a spa room which i found great value as i purchased this deal through the net.
Staff were very friendly quick check and check out .
The room had a king size bed very comfortable which gave me a great nights sleep and the spa was a decent size size to relax in .
Parking is a little different as they offer secure parking in the hotel grounds at a cost or free on street parking.
The location of this hotel is very good as you are very central to every thing that Perth has to offer so its very easy to self drive or not too expensive for a taxi.
Overall this hotel is clean, tidy, quiet and good value for money

This hotel is a great alternative to staying in a CBD hotel if your looking for value. The location is quiet and free street parking right outside means you can choose not to use the hotels paid carpark. The room was large and well appointed including a microwave, fridge for guest use and also a washing machine in the large bathroom. I used a function room for a meeting and it was well set up & catering was on time and great quality. This is not the flashiest of hotels but was great for a short business trip & would suit a longer stay.

Stayed in April with my wife and kids for a holiday from Melbourne. The room was good it was large and spacious with plenty of room for a family. I did not realise that the secure parking was additional but there was plenty of free street parking. Overall it was great value for money with a good location and all the staff that we saw were friendly.

Room Tip: Get a balcony room and we had a room overlooking the park which was nice

Decor is a little dated, but the rooms are a good size with desk, laundry facilities, a spacious bathroom and although I had a road side room it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and I slept we'll. it was a very busy time in Perth with the oil and gas show and for the price was good value. It is a little bit out of town so you will need a car or taxis.

I had two minor issues, the cold tap and hot tap handles were reversed, which may be a safety issue for young ones, and the air conditioning wasn't switched on in the Gym. This was very smelly, but I did get to sweat a little bit more.

I thought that the food was overpriced. We settled for the continental breakfast after a disappointing full breakfast option.

On the whole it was a nice place to come back to after work.

Easy to get to, easy and quick check in and check out. Helpful efficient staff. Room was adequate, nothing special, seemed a bit dates, and didn't think the bed was very comfortable at all. When we went to sleep we realised we were just given a top sheet and no blanket. Had to call down to reception and have a blanket sent up. The bed was ment to be a king bed but was 2 singles pushed together.
We could hear traffic from the road and the people above us seemed to be having fun all night which we could hear very clearly.

Room Tip: book via wotif.com i wouldn't pay full price to stay here and check for a blanket when you get t...

I live in Perth but stayed here 2 nights for a residential.

First of all it is located south of Perth. I believe we stayed here due to the lower price (as compared to Perth CBD). We took taxis into the city.

Upon entering the hotel, it seemed a little dated and had the feel of a motel in the states.

My room was large with a big bathroom. It contained a large spa tub and a washing machine. There was a 2 or 3 minute sand hourglass suction-cupped to the wall, to encourage you to take a quick shower. I loved this and wanted to buy one from the hotel to take home, but I forgot and later ordered one online.

The furnishings in the room were simple, and there wasn't anything special or luxurious...just a spacious, good value, basic room.

Breakfast was served in the Pagoda restaurant, which I was told was a place where school proms were held decades ago. The breakfast buffet had quite a few options available.

There was a small gym available.

One annoying thing was that I had to go downstairs to the lobby to prepay for internet usage.

Seemed a littel understaffed at times, at lobby and restaurant.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Good shallow area in pool for young kids to play in - though the pool is definitely not heated as claimed. Mini bar is ridiculous - over $5 for a chocolate??!!
Expensive rooms but nice.
