From the moment our conference team booked in we were meet with warm & friendly hospitality. The manager & conference organiser greeted us & made sure we had all that we required. The large spacious rooms we were staying in were very tidy & clean. Lots of natural light & large balcony windows over looking the enormous pool & close by duck pond gave the rooms a feeling of being away from the bustle of our very busy conference schedule. The conference amenities, sauna, two great pools, spa, fully operational art studio & friendly restaurant (you could eat alfresco) made for such a relaxed environment. The art on the walls in the main entrance & mezzanine restaurant (all produced by local artists) had a wonderful gallery like feel where you could wander & admire. I loved the grounds & the closeness of the beach.

We have just held our company conference at Abbey and we all had the best time. The Abbey staff were all extremely attentive to our needs and not only was the meeting room great, so was the food at the cafe and the accomodation.
Would highly rate this venue for the best conference venue

Abbey Beach Resort in Busselton is more than just a sleepover and gateway to Margaret River, WA. It is luxury in a peaceful private setting. Our 2 bedroom apartment had all the usual...flatscreen tv, dvd, foxtel, microwave, full kitchen with oven, good sized bedrooms but the real gems were the very helpful and friendly staff which made our stay perfect.

Abbey Beach has its own beach access and is surrounded by beautiful serene gardens which add to the tranquil feel. It all adds up to a very relaxed holiday, in fact it was difficult to tear yourself away and remember that the reason we had gone there was to see Margaret River.

Five stars it is and five stars from us!

I had a fantastic stay at Abbey Beach Resort. Me & my partner stayed for 3nights and made great use of all the Abbey Beach had to offer had a game of tennis, loved the in-room spa bath & cooked with the in-room facitlities every night. I also must add that the pillows where very comfy. The location was also a great plus as you didnt need to drive anywhere with the local shop a nice walk away and the in-room movies.

Worst manner we had ever received from the front office staff . They were rude and provided really bad service to guests. Hotel room were badly structure, no map provide of the hotel room. Confirmation of room was not delivered on our arrival. Extra cost was charged without prior notice. Stay away from this hotel if I were you!

Another quick stopover just enough time to fill the spa bath and a dash down to the sea for a swim.Staff a little abrupt...got the feeling we were looked down upon as a coach party..not suitable for their considered ultra smart hotel!

But obviously refurbished recently to a very high standard. Would return independantly.

This was our 3rd stay at Abbey Beach Resort with our extended family. Since our previous stay the resort apartments have undergone a refurbishment of sorts. New bathroom tap wear, new couches and curtains to living room, new bed spreads and curtains to the bedrooms. A much needed lift as the apartments were looking very tired. Apartments are roomy and self contained which works well for our family with young children. The facilities at the resort and apartments are ok. The grounds and building are beautiful. Our kitchen bench was very worn, the laminex completely worn/burnt off in on 30cm spot. The grounds, apartments and the BBQ are clean and tidy. Previous years house keeping attended our rooms daily this stay however we never saw anyone. We had to ask for clean towels and extra dishwasher tablets. The kitchen is just equipped as far as self contained goes. The kids enjoy the pools and the location is good. The resort just doesn’t feel like value for money. If you don’t expect too much you’ll enjoy your stay.
