We concluded our three day business conference in Margaret River by having our families join us for a weekend at Abbey Beach. The facilities were excellent, staff assisting arranging a private function for us for the Saturday night with a young DJ, Jontie. He was brilliant and got all of us from toddlers through to adults up dancing the Zorba and Bus Stop. Food was sensational, except there was too much of it! Our cocktail waitress blended up the most wicked and delicious cocktails.
Many thanks to all staff who help make this an enjoyable and memorable weekend for us all.

Room Tip: 2bdm Apt perfect for family of 4 - great spa bath!

Totally impressed with the 2 bedroom apartment! Cant beat the location and value for money of this resort, close to Dunsborough and some great wineries. All the staff from reception through to cafe were friendly and very professional. Totally enjoyable trip!

You can't beat the location and value for money of Abbey Beach. It's right on the beach and a beautiful spot to go for a walk or a bike ride anytime of the year. It is very suited to families, as it is a great set up for children with pools, a large duck pond, tennis courts and a playground.
The spa in the room is lovely and big enough for two. The only down-side for me is because I am a light sleeper you can hear your neighbours very easily through the walls if you are in an apartment within the hotel, I have stayed in apartments outside the main hotel and didn't have a problem with noise then.
Make sure you check out the Dunsborough Bakery in town for some yummies for your room and a lovely place nearby for brekky is Equinox in Busselton or Bunker Bay Cafe.
Other than that the staff and the owners Rod and Miley are lovely and helpful.

Dear Pixie078, Thanks for your comments. WOW you must be a light sleeper, sorry to hear you could hear your neighbours, it’s not ‘usual’. You certainly moved around the region and explored if your went to Bunker Bay, Dunsborough and Busselton, hope you tried some wines along the way as well. It was great to meet you and show you around the entire Resort. Keep a look out for all our specials and events via our website or Facebook and Twitter. We will always continue to strive to keep improving our customer service, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Abbey Beach Resort in the future.

I was lucky enough to stay in one of the one bedroom apartments with its own lounge room and kitchen. The size of the rooms were amazing, especially as I was staying in it alone. The service at Abbey Beach was awesome, some of the most professional staff I have encounted on a trip. Enjoyed the breakfast at the cafe on both mornings.

Would recommend this to anyone looking at staying the Busselton/Dunsborough area.

Great service .. the 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in was comfortable, spacious, clean and the location was great. Nice and close to both Busselton and Dunsborough so we easily travelled between the two. Really nice beachfront at the front of the hotel so the walk to watch the sunset is really lovely.
