Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villas. Owners very helpful, park clean and tidy and an amazing undercover bbq area, as well as very functional laundry. Big table and chairs, and every condiment you could imagine there for you to add to your food. BBQ large and plenty of utensils. We found plenty of cutlery and crockery in the units as well. We thought the units were well appointed, but maybe the living/dining area a bit small if you had a tribe of kids. The second bedroom slept 4 in bunk beds, and if you had 4 kids the living area would be pretty cramped. Suited us very nicely though. Beach about 100 metres from the back of the park, it was veru quiet, and lovely walks around the area. Weather was not brilliant, but it was May.

I visited Emu Point with my Partner on a rare sunny day last September. It is a pleasant bay at the entrance to oyster harbour east of the town. We finished a sandwich at the Cafe and took a stroll along the water. The place was full of kids - which I thought quite unusual as I hadn't seen many kids in albany town. This place would be best enjoyed at the height of summer but nevertheless was a relaxing stop off.

Visited on a windy and rainy day. Lots of pelicans strutting their stuff. Disappointed in the squid at the squid shack but the Point is worth a wander

Emu point and beach one of Albany's hidden gems. The cafe serves beautiful hearty food, and the squid shack has some of the freshest seafood in the region. We didn't swim as the water looked cold. We visited again before we left for perth and were enjoying fish and chips when the heavens opened. I would recommend checking the weather report before spreading out picnic blankets etc :) all in all, beautiful spot.

Easy drive from town but there is nothing there except Emu Point Cafe (kiosk was closed when we went) and foreshore. Perhaps best enjoyed as a walk to and from Middleton Beach.
