Lisa was great! Informative, funny and a great tour guide. My cousin and I had a lovely night and learnt many interesting things about our great city!!! We want to do the other tours, especially the one down the road from our homes in Altona.

Thank Nick K

fantastic host (ann) well educated about the town, loved all the stories she told, lucky to have gotten a response in one of the locations and activity in another, and some awesome photos, my partner was not wanting to go as he is a skeptic but now he cant stop talking and wants to do the other tours that are on offer and i may say im excited to go

A fantastic night out last night that was really informative. Loved the old stories of Williamstown. Our group was lucky enough to get some activity at the timeball tower,in the morgue (it was hard for me to get a focused photo) & even more activity in the old shed that we went into after it. Would differently recomend this one to anyone. Our guide sorry cant remember her name was great. Can't wait to do another one soon :-)

There should be a limit on the number of people attending such a tour. It was difficult to hear the guide (Carol) because of the size of the group, which was 36 or 37 the Friday night (18 Jan 2013) we attended.
If you were at the back of the group-forget it. Because the talk from the guide is integral to this experience, it was obviously impacted by the numbers. Also, the second last location (the old Williamstown morgue) could not be opened by the guide as the mechanism to open the building had been damaged-surely access to buildings should be checked before the group tour takes place? It was unprofessional and after traipsing around all evening trying to hear what was going on, I just wanted to leave.
Perhaps we just got a bad night, but a smaller group would have surely enhanced the experience in terms of hearing the stories and being closer to the 'action'.

Thank you for taking your time to give us your feedback.

We would like to apologize that your experience wasn't up to our usual standard.

Unfortunately on the evening of your tour there was an attempted break in of the old morgue and as a result, the lock was damaged. This has been reported to the Police and as you can appreciate, we could not anticipate the break in. All we can do is apologise and offer you to contact us and we would be more than happy to offer you a complimentary ticket to revisit our tour which would usually include a visit to the Williamstown morgue.

Happy Haunting

This tour was amazing, whether you believe in ghosts or are a skeptic, like myself. The tour takes you down hidden laneways and into haunted houses, e.g. an abandoned morgue. Our guide (Ross) was an excellent storyteller, who also happened to have lots of historical knowledge about the area. Worth every cent! Would definitely go again...
