We stayed here for one night as part of our Great Ocean Road expidition. WHen we got to the cottage, we just couldnt believe it. We opened the front door, there was a three peice leather suite. A six seater dining room table. A kitchen that was just wonderful. A beautiful bedroom, an even better bathroom. Little touches like the cheese and biscuits left for us, it was quite simply great. A pity we were only in Port Fairy for one night but Hearn cottages are highly recommended by me and I can at time be very critical.

Stayed here as first stop on drive down the Great Ocean Road. Bit concerned about getting the key by phone but it went very smoothly with no problems, car parking outside and when we opened the door we were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of the accommodation. Shower room was well equipped, bed was comfortable wth crisp clean sheets and there was a cooker, microwave. tv etc if you wanted to self cater.
We were only there one night but walked down the main two streets to the harbour before we left and found a nice quiet town, quaint by Sydney and Melbourne standards but wonderful to visit.

We stayed here in February 2010. We have been here before and it is good value for money. You get a good room with cooking facilities and bath room with shower. Key pick-up by phone. We didn’t see anybody of the management during our stay. The accommodation is located at a side street of the main street. It is not on walking distance of the harbor.
