We were late arriving in town (9.30) as we had been photographing the spectacular coastal scenery at sunset. Most establishments had signs 'kitchen closed'! But hey 'Waves' staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a fantastic evening dining experience. We ordered a vegetarian tart each accompanied by salad, not that we are vegetarians but It looked like something we'd like to try. It was really delicious - 'right up there'.
If you like 'sticky date pudding' then Waves recipe is 'just superb'. My wife had the rhubarb crumble and she assures me that was also fantastic. From our experience this establishment was 'tops', just a shame we don't live just around the corner, then Waves would be on our 'must call in regularly' list. PS: The place was pretty full and that usually speaks volumes. Thanks team for a really great dining experience.
