“Cosy, friendly place, good value”
Reviewed November 22, 2012

The owner of our hostel in the Grampians recommended this place to us and he was absolutely right! We stayed in the main house for two nights, in a private double with shared bathroom. The place has a great, cosy atmosphere and the owner Mark was very welcoming and friendly. He even shared some drinks and snacks with us on the deck. We felt really at home here. The facilities were clean and comfortable, as was the room. I would definately recommend this guesthouse as a base to explore the Great Ocean Road, it's close to all the main sights.

Stayed here with my partner last week when we were doing the Great Ocean Road trip. The owner was welcoming and down to earth. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The place had a homely and quiet feel which we appreciated after a long journey. Thanks you!

I learnt about this place from Lonely Planet and Tripadvisor and decided to check out the place because of its very good reviews. and to our pleasant surprise, it turned out to be TRUE! The host - Mark, was very welcoming and friendly and that instantly made us felt very comfortable about the whole place. he showed us around and even gave us an ensuite double bedroom at a lower price. the place is very clean and well kept. there is even bread and various kinds of spread for us to eat.
will definitely recommend to friends and others.

We found PC Guest House via the Lonely Planet Guide on our way along the Great Ocean Road. Mark was so welcoming, it was a cold evening when we arrived and Mark had a roaring fire on the go. Our room was at the front of the property which was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were very good.
We only stayed one night due to time commitments but we would definitely return. It is excellent value for money.

From the minute I arrived I was made to feel like a long lost friend. Everything I needed after a long day was there. A short walk to the local hotel had me fattened and fueled in no time.
Everything was clean and catered for, and the beds were comfy and warm.
Couldn't ask for anything more, and at a great price too.
I'll be back!

After lovely but long travel day we arrived at the Port Campbell Guesthouse and Flashpackers. Mark the owner had the fire going and we sat in the cozy lounge and had a few beers before heading down to the local pub (3 mins walk) for a delicious meal! This place is great value for money and a fantastic place to stop for the night while driving the Great Ocean Road. Thanks Mark - hope to see you again!
