It was as if there was a change of shift half way through our meal. We began with good bread, oil and butter and an amuse bouche which was unexpected and delicious. Our entrees were excellent and interesting as there is a new chef and the web menu has been superseded. A great start! Then we waited, and waited, and waited. The staff seemed a bit directionless, and had no information from the kitchen so just told us a few times that our mains were coming. Then finally they did. My lamb was totally overcooked and well below average, and the sous vide steak was a tasteless soft piece of meat, ruined. What a contrast.
I have high hopes for this place as the location is stunning, the prices are high, and the menu reads well, so the delivery needs to step up.
