“Where are the Koalas”
Reviewed May 9, 2013

I am glad I did not pay top $$ I think we saw 4 Koalas on the day we were there, not sure where they all were. I expected to see a lot more than that, maybe my expectations were too high.

“Worth a visit”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

Saw quite a few koalas and managed to get quite close for some time to one in particular as . Great shop and small cafe attached. Very informative and plenty of room for the kids to wander (slithering wildlife dependant!)

“Not that Big and You can't feed Koalas”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

Koala Conservation Center is a good place to watch Koala in their natural habitat but if you want to get close to them or feed them, then probably this is not the place for you. Its a very small center with a limited boardwalk. There is nothing much here to spend a long time here and you can go for rather Churchill Island.

Very nice, peaceful park with several koalas to see up close in their natural habitat. So very cute.
We saw a kookaburra as well.

“Look closely and you will see more”
Reviewed May 5, 2013

Visitor centre very interactive, great for kids of all ages. Then out on the koala boardwals the first time around only saw one koala as i was not looking high enough and chasing a 4 year old.Second time around the boardwalk saw about 6. lucky they are not dangerous. The other boardwalk saw a lot more and they were closer. There is facilities for mobility impaired people, wheelchairs available at no cost and they can see everything.
