“Delicious spot for chat & scones”
Reviewed June 10, 2012

Love dropping in for cappuccino & scones with jam & cream. We always ask for extra cream, which is supplied with a smile ... It's never enough ... Cream fanatics here.

Sit outside if it's warm - lovely to sit there with the sneaky crumb loving magpies providing amusement. Lovely staff, prices good (amazing, a place that doesn't charge more than $3.50 for a cup of tea - anything more than that is a blatant ripoff in my humble opinion). Rest of menu looks great although we haven't yet made it past the cakes.

“A quaint little store for walkers to refresh”
Reviewed May 19, 2012

If you are out and about walking, riding, or strolling with friends or children, this is a handy little niche to stop and refresh and have a chat.

It's proximity to the beach is superb, and is fully licensed so why not drop in for a glass of bubbles on the way back to your accommodation.

Don't expect up market Sorrento, and you won't be dissappointed. Nice food prepared with love and attention.

Breakfast displays a grand menu, but be prepared to wait, it is popluar! In the 'season', dinners are on offer in conjuction with 'fish and chips' for that lazy walk to the store to pick up dinner after a few wines, no car required, then back to the gang at your Silverleave's hideaway.

The birdlife is lovely, so maybe just stop in for a relazing coffee sometime. Open 7 days a week in the season and Thursday to Monday inclusive during the year. Also open 7 days a week during school holidays.
