We stayed here 1 night on a 5 day trip around the Great Ocean road, and we loved it. the couple running the place couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating, they gave us great tips on our further travels on the road. and even had plenty of brochures and maps to hand out. Breakfast was perfect and there was a wonderfull eating area. The rooms were nice, had a good pressure shower. and a nice view. even though the 3 rooms are next to each other, we felt like it was private and didn't hear anyone else (even though we think there were 2 other couples staying).

Highly recommend this great little B&B. 100% positive review as there is nothing else to say.

There were 4 of us staying. We were lucky that the third room was vacant as we had the lounge/ breakfast room to ourselves. The rooms were lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a lovely verandah to sit on and enjoy a cool breeze on the warm day. We were lucky enough to get the proper king size bed rather than two singles put together so if this is important make sure you ask about it. We were a little dismayed when the male owner kept popping in to the lounge room during the evening to tell us some unimportant issue rather disconcerting. The self serve breakfast provisions were generous but would have been improved by the addition of something homemade rather than all store bought. Quite a nice place to stay

We stayed in Apollo Bay for 2 nights and found this B&B to be wonderfully convenient and comfortable. This is a purpose built B& B with 3 rooms which are large, clean and very comfortable. There is a great verandah leading off the rooms, ample parking and it is close to the town. The bathrooms are small but adequate.
Jim & Merna are extremely helpful and gave great advise on where to get the best views, restaurants, directions etc. Jim also told us where to get up close to koalas feeding - we had a great viewing! They provide breakfast and have a very good communal area.
This B&B is only open at certain times of the year, but we would definitely return if it was available.
We were also happy with our decision to stay in Apollo Bay rather than Lorne, as we travelled to the 12 Apostles, Port Campbell etc and it was less distance to do that day and gave us time to visit the koalas.

We stopped off in Apollo Bay for 2 nights as part of our 5 week tour of southern Australia. Merna and Jim gave us a warm welcome and provided very comfortable accommodation. We enjoyed a night time cuppa in the guest sitting room and a catch up on our day with Jim after dinner in one of the great range of restaurants 5 minutes away. Jim and Merna helped make our holiday by making recommendations of what to see while we were there and the best route. The tree top walk and Ridge Cafe were both fantastic. Highly recommend it.

Room tip: You can't go wrong with this accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay in Apollo Bay B&B. we found the owners to be very friendly and welcoming. They were also keen to answer any questions we had, very helpful with tourist information. Great communal areas with tea coffee bickys available to nibble on. Very spacious rooms, with lovely balcony out front. I found the B&B to be very clean and well room nicely stocked with towels etc. Would definitely recommend this B&B for anyone traveling the Great ocean drive.
