This is a popular spot on the three-block “seaside” strip of the main street (the highway) of Apollo Bay. There is basic, informal indoor seating, and the place is popular with families. There is a good selection of single-serving-sized meat pies (5 inches wide, or so), kept cool until you want them heated. And there is espresso coffee. They had two kinds of scallop pies: one creamy, and one curried. But the real surprise was the beef-and-Guinness pie, the best of the several that we tried there. These are traditional crusty English meat-pies, made the way they should be! There were many other baked goods, and the coffee was good.

We were stopping short at the information centre, and this little shop is only a couple minutes walk. They have a good range of pies, bread and baked goods. I highly recommend the custard tart, so creamy!!

We went for lunch on the weekend while staying in Apollo Bay. Even though it was very busy the lady found room for 8 of us, moving tables around to accommodate, nothing seem to be to much trouble. The food is very nice and fresh and the bakery has a good feel about it.

Apollo Bay has many places to eat and if you are looking for an affordable lunch with mega choice and yummy taste, eat here. They open at 6am so you could have breakfast there -the coffee was good

Stopped at Apollo Bay for a late lunch so with the cold weather we decided to have a pie
So many choices even a Scollop Pie which would be the best and you cannot get in so many places so have one !
The gorgeous Sally greeted us and was full of information and help so friendly it means you want to come back another day
