I dined at this place a number of times over two days as I was attending a training at their Resort. They were notified well in advance that there were a number of vegetarians they would need to cater for. All meals were smorgasbord and despite meat dishes a'plenty, veg options were very limited. The last meal (lunch) we had there consisted of an unappetising featureless pasted recycled from the night before and a soup which looked familiar also. They seemed blissfully unaware that vegetarians do enjoy flavour and substance also and the absence of meat alone does not make a good dish. The highlight was the coffee. They did this very well and seemed to take pride in it.
