Ate here on tip from family. Absolutely lovely. Best food in a long time. Could not fault. Fabulous service, good food & wine and attention to detail. Ended with great coffee and truffles. Liked so much went back next day and sat under olive tree for Devonshire tea before heading home

What a cracking place to spend a lunchtime. The food was excellent and the cellar door wines sublime. What do you do if you are an above average winery competing with stiff competition- offer lunch and a view- well done Skillagolee!

We had an excellent relaxing lunch at Skillogalee sitting under the olive tree contemplating life. The restaurant is extremely popular so book ahead. The menu and wine list is delicious and caters for all appetites. The menu is created from locally sourced produce and cooked thoughtfully. We particularly enjoyed a glass of the local Riesling! There was no pressure to vacate the table which certainly enhanced the experience and endeared the Clare Valley to us.

My wife and I had a wonderful lunch at Skillogalee this week. We dined in a relaxed setting under an olive tree overlooking part of the vineyard. We both ordered the beef which was cooked to perfection. The restaurant catered for some gluten free options and the waiting staff were friendly attentive although at times overworked. An extra staff member might have been helpful. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this experience.
