The new rooms at this hotel are very well appointed. The bed was blissfully comfortable and the bathroom delightful. With a view of the bay and an excellent bistro downstairs, there was nothing to be unhappy about. If we should find ourselves passing through Ceduna again, we wouldn't hesitate to return to the Ceduna Foreshore.

Room Tip: This review is based on a stay in one of the Ceduna Foreshore's new rooms.

Never having been to Ceduna before, I wasn't sure what to expect. What a wonderful spot at this time of the year. The centre of town has a very fresh and inviting feel, and the music speakers through the main streets are a wonderful surprise.
The hotel is in a great spot right on the foreshore (no surprise) overlooking the bay. The renovations to the main hotel rooms have no doubt made a great difference to the traveler's experience at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, comfortable and most suitable for the holiday maker or business traveler.
The bistro was also a great surprise. The food great! The view absolutely fantastic.
Good job!

Room Tip: Presumably the executive rooms are better, but I was happy with my room on the ground floor - quiet...

The hotel non-accommodation part has been redeveloped very nicely- very modern. Great front bar, sports bar and good dining area.
Accommodation is OK but basically the same as our last visit 5 years ago - 3 star.
We booked online 2 months before the trip for a room with two single beds. Our fellow travelers booked another room with two single beds.
We prepaid and got an email receipt quickly - all good.
When we arrived, reception confirmed our room BUT with one double bed! (two men!)
Or fellow travelers were booked in for the wrong date. Fortunately reception was able to shuffle other reservations to satisfy us.
When we charged our food and drinks to our rooms that was mixed up too, but eventually sorted.
Staff was very friendly.

Room Tip: Ground floor easier for bad knees.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay, and we are also in receipt of your email you sent me which I have been investigating. On our website we have a Deluxe Standard room type, and we need bedding configurations advised in the notes as our Deluxe Standard rooms are either - a queen and single bed, a queen bed, or a queen and sofa bed. We have made this clearer on our site and booking page due to your email sent the other day, and apologise for the mix up but I know our staff did fix it promptly. In regards to the dates for the other party, we can not see what has happened in regards to that, as it was done directly on the booking site, which is entered by the customer, so difficult to work out what went wrong there. Thank you for also detailing in regards to the bistro accounts and I have spoken to our Restaurant Manager. We really appreciated your feedback and it has given us the opportunity to look at all these areas to make improvements for our valued guests such as you. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Kind regards Brendan Cadigan, General Manager, Ceduna Foreshore Hotel Motel.

We stayed here in March 2013 for 2 nights after travelling half the night and all of the day from Kalgoorlie. What a delight it was to finally arrive in Ceduna and be given one of their new rooms overlooking the bay. Our room compared to that of any capital city 4 star+ hotel. They also have a very pleasant Bistro which is very reasonably priced and with generous portions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Certainly the only place to consider when staying in Ceduna.

Stayed on the 13th March with work, had one of the executive rooms overlooking the water and I loved my stay the room was large and comfortable with everything I needed and it was also quiet which was welcolmed after a long day.

I ate in the restuarant that night and the food was excellent, reasonably priced for a hotel restuarant. I will certainly book one of the executive rooms again

Room Tip: Choose an executive over looking the shore line, wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the sun g...

We stayed in a deluxe standard queen room during our stay at Ceduna while crossing the Nullarbor from east, home to the West. Although the room was looking a little tired, it met all of our needs and was very comfortable. The room description on the website is very accurate, but to be completely honest, we were pleasantly surprised. The biscuits were a nice and very welcome touch after a long drive.
The food in the bistro was lovely. Again we were pleasantly surprised by the addition of a salad and vegetable bar. We loved the rockmelon and broccoli salad - certainly not a salad we had tried before.
If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay and are on a tighter budget, we highly recommend the rooms we booked.
Happy travels :o)

Ceduna was the first stop on our Eyre Peninsula trip. We stayed two nights and chose to stay at Ceduna Foreshore because of its location to the beach. We were not dissapointed.
Although we chose a budget room and did not have sea views, we were able to dine in the bistro and look at the sea. The food (seafood expecially) was great and we received nothing but great service from all the staff.
Highly recommend.

Room Tip: You get what you pay for. We chose a cheaper room with no view, but the room was modern and clean.
