Visited Centrals @ Trinity a number of times - most recently last week.
They spent $1.5 M on a redevelopment a few years ago - brought the place in the 2010's..
The bistro, known as EJ's (after EJ Whitten, the Bulldogs footballer - Centrals play under the 'Bulldogs' livery) is a typical Club menu. Enjoyable, good value & you know what you get.
Always on the menu is the parma, fish n chips, good steak, a chicken dish plus a heap more - certainly something for everyone.
Prices are good - better value than their competitor, the Coles / Wesfarmers owned Trinity pub (but without a view over the beach!!)
The venue has an outdoor area (overlooking the Footy oval) and a large, very modern gaming lounge.
Always try & schedule a night at Centrals when here - grab the courtesy bus there & back! Well frequented by locals - need I say more?
