We stayed again at the Landmark Resort with our daughters in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 television apartment on the 4th floor. The apartment had an excellent view over the beach which is just across the road. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The furnishings modern and comfortable as were the beds. Such a great location and the check in again was early and easy. Great apartments our choice when we visit the Sunshine Coast

Room Tip: this room 444 on the 4th floor has a spa bath under the shower in the ensuite. It has a large step...

We stayed there for 4 nights on the 5th floor in an executive 2brm apartment. Our room was upgraded free of charge, it was clean and very comfortable with a stunning view of the beach, coast and inland. One lady on reception (the older lady) was extremely helpful and friendly. We all loved staying there and would stay again. The only negatives were that the austar was terrible quality and the tv in the bedroom didn't work (no antenna port) The lifts can be a bit slow to arrive, but are quick once you are in. Everything else was great. It was cold and wet but we still had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom executive apartment, which has beautiful views both up and down the coastline. The apartment was well appointed and very clean. Staff at reception were lovely, very welcoming, happy to help and very polite. The facilities are great, the pool area is great for the kids, with the waterfalls for them to play around in and the warm spa bath on those rainy days. We took a roof top spa one morning and it was a perfect view and very relaxing, unfortunatley the weather wasn't all that great for us to use the rooftop BBQ facilities, but maybe next time??? The resort is close to everything, restaurants, playground, surf club, convenience stores, shopping, supermarket (5-10 minute walk) and of course - the beach!!!! Everything is at your doorstep. When you are sick of eating take away food, the apartments have everything you need to make dinner there, eat on the balcony with wonderful views!!! Would definatley stay again - thanks very much for the enjoyable break!!!!

Room Tip: 2 bedroom executive apartments have views up and down the coastline!!

Outdoor spa was used by my children every day...no middle ear infections, no urinary tract infections. Some travelers might think this is nothing out of the ordinary but in the hot spa infections can be common and my children have experienced them previously. The pool is fantastic for children and also has a small hidden area for those who want some 'alone' time. The rooms are very functional including the kitchen which is well stocked with crockery and the like and has a fantastic quantity of space for those who don't want to eat at a restaurant every meal. We've always taken ocean view rooms and they are great on the higher levels. Haven't stayed on lower levels which may potentially have their view disturbed by the tree line. The patios of the partial view rooms are sheltered from wind. Elevators are responsive with no lengthy waits. Each room we have stayed in has had it's own climate control which is fantastic as we don't like it quite so cool to sleep at night. Beds are very comfy with plenty of bed covers to choose from so the cold frog and the heat machine in the family can each be comfortable when they sleep. We've never had any problem with noise from adjoining rooms/floors above. It is so close to so much including eateries; the beach and a very short walk to Underwater World. They even allow you to park your car for a few hours in their car park after you have checked out (really important as parking is limited on the esplanade). Although we are a young family I was referred to this accommodation by a young couple w/out children who reported that they enjoyed their stay too! I noted a review which complained about staff behaviour and difficulties having a phone repaired and with unexpected repairs in a unit beside them. I had an experience in which the tv remote control was missing from the unit and reported it to the front desk...within 2 hours a tv remote control was in my unit...now that's service. Staff are friendly, organised, genuine people...can't fault them or the complex! Book your stay with them with confidence.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front are on the esplanade, rooms closest to the elevators have sheltered patios.

My wife and I stayed at the Landmark Resort over Ester, it was one of those spur of the moments things and of course Easter no accommodation available, luck would have it there was a last minute cancellation, the lovely lady at reception could help any more, she was a breath of fresh air, cheerful, and very very helpful to this we thank her. (forgotten her name)
The room was a garden view, it looked over the pool, it was spacious, clean and well appointed good enough for a lengthy stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was of a good size and had a good strong shower.
Parking was easy and we had no trouble getting a car space.
The resort is located on the Esplanade and only meters from the beautiful Mooloolaba beach. There is plenty of cafes and restaurants, plenty of clothing and shoe shops for the ladies. All in all a pleasant experience.

Likes:
Great friendly staff
Location (fantastic)
Ease of parking
Good size room
Brilliant views

Dislikes:
Probably the height of the spar in the shower, it's only a minor thing, maybe older people may have trouble entering the shower. But like I said only minor.

Thank you for a wonderful stay....we'll be back.

We try to visit here every year. This is our 5th stay at this resort. The staff are always excellent and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. We usually stay in a studio apartment which is a little small but quite okay for a couple. Has a lovely pool area. If the dryer doesn,t work make sure and ask for more towels and they will oblige.

Room Tip: If staying in a studio apartment select one that looks out over pool and glasshouse mountains at th...

Our Room a two bedroom apartment which we shared with another couple, was on second level next to Beach Bar and Grill restaurant, so we copped a lot of noise from restaurant. Bathroom walls were grotty with what looked like blood smears. Built in cupboards were dusty. Grooves on cane coffee table had beach sand in them. Pillow was high and lumpy, mattress was hard. Room was spacious, couch and arm chairs were stained.

Room Tip: Check what level you are on and what unit is next to eg. Air con units, restaurants etc.
