Big room with kitchenette, spa seperate to shower, balcony over looking the golf course and lake. Comfortable bed. Will be staying again. Free car parking. Only think negative was the noisy kids in the pool that's ok.

My partner and I stayed at the resort just for one night. The resort itself is stunning and has many facilities onsite. The pool area is great, we made use of that and the restaurant at the hotel. They had lunch specials that were reasonably prices, we also had dinner at the restaurant, was a little more pricey but it is fine dining and the food was delicious. They have a day spa there, both of us treated ourselves to some pamper time, blias. The staff were really friendly and I'd definitely recommend going here if you are wanting to get away. Caloundra is a drive from the hotel however.

We were on the 4th floor in a spa room (got a deal that upgraded us). Wonderful view over the pool area and the golf course.
Great sleep quality, bed was comfortable and the hotel was quite which was lovely.
We also ate at the restaurant and I had the Lamb rack which was awesome and my partner had the steak which he loved. We shared dessert and the wait staff were awesome.
Will definately stay again...

Booked and paid for room with a spa, got a room with no spa. Offer free parking, no parking in or out front of resort, when I asked where I can park management said on the footpath out front when I said I will leave my car in front of foyer of reception, management said they will get my car towed, room and pool and gym needs cleaning badly. Asked for a refund, was told no refund. Never stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a group rate to attend a function at the co-located golf course. Having read the less than flattering reviews we were a little curious about what to expect. The check-in process was swift and easy. Avito was polite and helpful, despite the late hour of our arrival. The room was large, though I think the bed was only a double, so made the room look bigger. The bathroom was also large, but definitely the big disappointment of the stay. There was no proper shower stall, just a shower attached to the wall, with a shortish (& mouldy) white shower curtain to pull around. Not surprisingly water flowed all around the bathroom and into the drain in the middle of the room, as well as pooling around the toilet. This was obviously well known, as there were 4 towels & 2 bathmats in the room, and they didn't question our request for additional towels to mop up the water. The water temperature wasn't very hot either, so quite disappointing.
We didn't use the restaurant or other facilities so can't comment, although overall the place looked tired and in need of a facelift. The undercover parking was a bonus, though not a lot available. Fortunately it wasn't busy so we were able to find somewhere to park. You really need transport as it is located quite a long way from Caloundra and any other entertainment/dining options.
It wasn't terrible, but overall we were glad we got the discounted group rate as it wasn't worth any more.

One of the worst holiday experiences i have ever had to endure, the hotel itself is amazing, large, beautiful scenary, great family feeling. BUT i will never return and will be telling all my family and friends about this particular trip, you see the service was TERRIBLE the staff made me feel like i was in the wrong ALL THE TIME, speaking down to me constantly one in particular AND I QUOTE said "Does it look like i work in the restaurant" when i replied with "No, but you work here" she then replied "You must be stupid, i do not work in the retaurant"

Which in my opinion and many other locals opinions is one of the rudest things a staff member can say to a paying customer. Where do they get off thinking they can treat there customers like this?

My husband and I stayed here recently for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In response to Mocca Shoka, there are blockout curtains in the spa rooms but you have to look behind the transparent ones to find them, i almost didnt see them either. Also we did have UHT milk in our fridge but it was pushed to the back.

We found the deluxe spa suite to be very spacious and comfortable, the lounge is a little hard and has a leather surface so not ideal. The spa was lovely and worked well. We also enjoyed the pool area and early in the morning we almost had it to ourselves. There were a couple of resident children jumping in and being inconsiderate however while their mother sunbaked on the chairs. Better attention to them would have been appreciated.

we ate the buffet breakfast on both mornings of our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the scrambled eggs. The bacon and tomatoes were also delicious and there is a great selection.

My only criticism would be the lack of staff, we were made to wait at the bar for 10 minutes before the check in staff noticed nobody had served us. This was quickly rectified once we bought this to their attention.

Overall a lovely relaxing stay and would stay there again. Wouldnt suit those without a car as it is far from the main areas.

Room Tip: Deluxe spa room is lovely
