Tucked away on the edge of a lovely patch of rainforest Daisy's Place is a real hidden gem. Not the easiest place to find as it's tucked away just past the Caloundra turnoff but well worth the effort of finding it.
Attentive staff and beautiful surroundings promise of a great dining experience and you are not disappointed. Beautifully prepared food eaten looking out on lush rainforest. The outside veranda would be a delightful spot to sit during the warmer months. The only drawback was the cost. Top price will put this dining experience out of the range of many. Perhaps a couple of cheaper options would be a good addition to the menu.

Nine of us had the pleasure of dining at Daisy's and from the minute I entered the premises I was impressed.
We recieved a warm welcome and had prompt friendly service all evening without having to wait for a beverage, as within seconds of finishing a friendly staff member would be attending your needs. All of us thought the food was awesome!

Having heard only good about Daisy's Place, it was unfortunate to not attend a work function there late last year; but no matter how great the food or service, some people can just leave a bad taste in your mouth so we happily made plans to be elsewhere that night. Having put that behind us we attended mid week for lunch; found the door being opened for us and welcomed inside. The wait staff set a standard which their peers should aspire to; they are well versed in an excellent menu being complimented by a well thought out wine list with recommendations for their entree and mains dishes. The prawns with garlic butter on ciabatta and Duck's Liver Pate with Crostini were generous indeed, and we looked forward to our mains. My wife chose the pork belly entree and I the mushroom risotto. The pork belly virtually fell apart whilst the top perfectly crisp; and the risotto was creamy and truly filling. Daisy's Place is another dining gem tucked well away from the pretenders and tourist traps of Mooloolaba & Noosa, it's now definitely on our regular list.

The food was extemely well presented and very tasty.
The service was so slow and from perhaps "Tafe students" with no spunk, personality or knowledge.
Heaps of staff with no idea !
Great food, poor service :(

We were looking forward to dining here with a group of friends, and overall it was a great evening.

Service was attentive (although a prompt was required for desserts for 2 of the party), menu was reasonably varied and catered for everyone in our party. The steak was perfectly cooked and tender, lamb shanks and famous chicken were reasonable without being outstanding. Side dishes were varied with brussel sprouts and signature salad with walnuts truly excellent. Desserts were very good- we had the creme brûlée and affogato.

We sat indoors, and the main thing lacking was ambience. When entering and sitting the lights were very bright, with no table candles or lighting. It did feel a little like entering a hall, and would not be our choice for a romantic evening.

That being said we are keen to return and try the breakfast and lunch menu with our children, and would choose to sit in the outdoor area if we could when dining at night in warmer weather. The outdoor sitting is undercover and seems to have a nice rainforest style outlook.
