We stayed in the Belaire Place for three nights mid-Feb. First of all the Belaire have very friendly staff and the building is very clean. The one bed apt was big with a good bath and a proper shower and i'm 2 mtr tall! Clean good bed and the Biggest Sunniest Balcony ever, with some views of Bulcock beach to the right side. Basically 50 mtrs of the beach! Caloundra is not the busiest of sea side towns but there's a couple of good bars and rest's just around the corner. Honoustly best value for money for 2 months of travelling! And the staff was very good to us, we stayed for two nights and then they informed us that they had a "3 for 2 deal"just that week so we were welcome to stay free of charge for another night! Since there is plenty to do around Caloundra that was fine with us.

Room Tip: Upper apts best, all rooms have good balconies

We stayed here in Dec 2010 for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. The owners were extremely helpful, accomodating and flexible to our circumstances.
Location is perfect, views to the ocean from our balcony, great aircon and pool for the kids. Will recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful caloundra.

Stayed on 5th floor with partial sea views. Apartment was surprisingly large - good sized bedroom, very large (in comparison with others we have stayted in) living area and a lovely balcony. Location was good - 50m from beach and many shops and restauarnts within 2 minuteswalk. Management very friendly and helpful.
You will not find better value thgan this and we will be returning soon

We stayed in apartment 201. Second floor, with huge balcony and sea view. Very helpful managers Andrew and Val. If you arrive late it is important to let them know in advance as reception is not manned after 7pm. They have a very efficient arrangement for collecting the keys to the apartment - and to the excellent underground secure parking, and they provide a starter pack of tea, coffee and milk. Apartments are large and spacious, clean and simple. Good value for money. Caloundra was a quiet and pleasant resort. The beach in front of the apartments is lifeguarded, good for swimming at slack water, but with a strong current when the tide is flowing. Just along the boardwalk is Kings Beach well known for surfing, but with excellent on beach swimming pool and childrens playgrounds. If you have a car Caloundra is a good base for visiting other Sunshine Coast resorts and Glass House mountains.

We stayed for two nights with our two teenage daughters - although it was only a one bedroom apartment the girls shared the sofa bed and we had plenty of room. Two nights was probably long enough to sleep on a not so comfortable sofa bed!
We had a full beach view apartment - great view with a nice large verandah with an outdoor table for al fresco dining.
The location is ideal, you have the beach in one direction amd the main shopping street in the other. The beach is opposite the end of Bribie Island therfore no real waves and very safe for children. It is a nice walk down to the surf beach at Kings Beach.
The onsite managers were very helpful and welcoming and there is parking available under the building.
We also appreciated the fact that we could book two nights during summer as many apartments had a minimum three night stay.
