I stayed here on Monday night 20 May 13, woke up in the morning and found there was no hot water anywhere in the hotel. Only option was to have a cold shower. At breakfast there was a lot of unhappy corporate guests.
At check out the receptionist asked me how my stay was, I said "what if we don't talk about no hot water?" all she could say "yes, sorry about that"
There was no mention to reduce my room rate or credit my food/drinks bill.
It was like this was a typical day.
Over all the hotel amenities were good, big room, but I will never get over the fact there was very little concern for guests who were checking out.
Our company regularly books rooms here, (there were 5 of us on Monday night) maybe we will have to look else where..........
