We were a party of 5 for dinner on Thursday night. Also guests of Fairmont Resort Leura- M Gallery (Accor). We booked dinner at 7pm. Seated very promptly. Whilst browsing the menu bread was offered. Grain, Spinach or Herb. Spinach was delicious. We only ordered main in anticipation or dessert. 3 Sichuan crispy duck breast, vanilla daikkon puree,baby Chinese broccoli, with pineapple chilli jam. The other 2 guests had Eggplant roulade with ricotta, spinach, chilli and herbs, blistered heirloom tomatoes, & snow pea tendrils . For sides Honey glazed heirloom carrots & seeded mustard roast potatoes.Dessert. Carnival plate - Hot banana spring roll, caramel mousse cone, peanut butter cheesecake pop, American jelly bean ice cream & Pashmak. Also ordered was a Chocolate baked cream, latté macaroons, beetroot ice cream, & pistachio tuille. No beetroot icecream but was served jelly bean. But still very delicious. The service staff Kylie & the other team member were exceptional.
