This B&B is decorated beautifully, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Peter and Suzanne are wonderful hosts made us feel like house guests. There was a very good breakfast cooked to order. Peter provided directions and suggestions for touring. First class!

This is a special place. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. The location is excellent for exploring Blackheath, Katoomba, the Jenolan Caves, and other parts of the Blue Mountains. Katoomba is a quirky town. Lots of cafes, a few good restaurants. Compared to the prices we paid in other parts of Australia, this is a bargain.
The downstairs lounge was convenient for groups (although we were alone and didn't need that). Our room was as comfortable as it could have been. A/C if it was hot. Radiator if it was cold. Comfortable bed.Very nice bathroom. Free WiFi. Marvelous breakfasts. We watched beautiful cockatoos roosting in the tree branches outside the breakfast room as we ate our pancakes. Quite a sight!

My wife and I stayed here for one night.

Location is good, 15 minute walk from Echo Point and a bit further to Katoomba town centre.

Rooms are tastefully decorated and significantly more spacious than a hotel room. Ours had a four poster bed, which was a first for us in a B&B. WiFi is free, it works well in dining area / lounge but was a bit on-and-off in our room.

Peter and Susanne are wonderful hosts, taking care of every little detail.

Highlight of our short stay was the cooked to order personalised breakfast, with one of the widest spreads we have seen at B&Bs.

Wish we stayed here longer!

Room Tip: WiFi works better in rooms closer to dining area.

This B&B is excellent. Room, service, food and friendly advice most welcome. PINS on Lurline a couple of doors down the road is a good restaurant. Location good with 15 min walk to Echo Point to see the 3 Sisters.

Room Tip: Room 1 has access to nice porch area to sit out

From the moment we arrived to the time we were taken to the station we were spoiled by the attentive, friendly service of Peter and Susanne. Everything was perfect, and the breakfast's are wonderful. The guest house is within walking distance of the town centre and Echo Point, with wonderful walking tracks to Leura too, via waterfalls and cascades. We can highly recommend a stay here, this couple have got everything right!
