Many decades ago I regularly visited Echo Point. there was plenty of parking. Now, however, good luck and you will pay $3.80 per hour. The view however is spectacular. Arrive early morning or late afternoon and catch the show as the shadows retreat or advance. Spectacular. Pedestrian and wheelchair friendly. The usual tourist trap gift shop

Fabulous scenery for the Three Sisters from this lookout point. We parked our car at parking lot nearby and walk for a few munites from there. We visited here twice, in the afternoon and in the early in the morning to see sun rise.
Here is our experience of watching sunrise in Blue mountains.
I came here around 5:30am(too early in Autumn!!), still lots of stars were shining. We were able to see lots of shooting stars. At this point we were not able to go out side of our car, pretty cold and freeze to death. After 6:30 am, the sun was start rising and we walked to echo point and watch sunrise over blue mountains.
My recommendation to watch sunrise is wear many layers in autumn and winter season.

The lookout is a magnet for tourists wanting to check-out the view of the Blue Mountains. Expect tourist bus loads to arrive and fill the lookout platform levels. When not going for bushwalks expect people to come and go in about 15 mins. Parking is available.

Echo Point is the main viewing area for the Three Sisters. It is easily accessible (although parking can get crowded) and has tremendous views over the mountains. It has two platforms and is clean with good facilities.
