Some 50 km South of Forster in the Wallingat NP is a lookout with the most outstanding views. You can look to the coastline marvel at the size of the Lakes and see all the way back to Forster and the mountains beyond.”
It's a bit of a drive with the last 12km rugged dirt road with potholes and some climbing (2 WD will do the job but slowly) The vast stretches of eucalypt forest that make up the park look like electric light poles on the way in - they are so straight. Look in the other direction and you can see the expanse of Wallis Lake as well as the winding, rugged coastline.
Takes a little time to get there but absolutely picture perfect.
