Yesterday I ate at potters. I had the Thai Squid, which for pub good was good in flavour but the presentation could do with some work. To accompany this I had it with a 'Greek Salad'...which was far from a traditional Greek salad. There was more iceberg lettuce than anything else. I can accept that many places add lettuce into their Greek salads but the amount of this colourless lettuce seemed unnecessary. The addition of capsicum was also odd for a Greek salad. The cucumber was almost like it had been julienned...which once the dressing was added lost its fresh crunch and was soft and soggy.
It wasn't inedible but to meet the quality of food in the surrounding areas, even for a pub, there is some work needed.
