Went there first time today and my 4 y/o son loves it. He could spend whole day there playing. Everything seems perfect but the let down is one particular staff member who was taking our order at the food counter was very unfriendly and had no service minded at all. If she is not happy to serve customers with the right attitude maybe she could do other duty that doesn't interact with people.

This is exactly the place you need to go if you need to fill a few hours. But at $15 per child it is only great value for money if you are there for more than 2 hours. But on that good luck getting your children to leave in less than 2 hours. They do charge adults $4.50 to enter but that includes a coffee. As the play area is inside a club it is air conditioned, which is a nice change. Make sure you bring socks for everyone, yourself included in case you need to enter the structure for any reason.

The Club that Monkey Mania is inside has plenty of underground parking, they validated our parking so it was free, I don't know if this is normal but make sure you approach the staff when you sign in, not when you leave.

The play area was very clean and tidy. And there is a sectioned off area for children under 5, that said my 2year old played in the main area for most of the time. The toilets were also very clean. There is also a "go-kart" area that has costs additional. You cannot bring your own food or drinks (but staff didn't seem to mind water bottles) so if you are there for a meal time bring money for lunch.

There are no pass outs for children, if you leave you must repay to re-enter. If there is more than one parent/guardian you can leave and re-enter as required. They also offer a supervised play at an increased price for children who are toilet trained so you can have some time to yourself as long as you don't leave the club. But the club has plenty of non gambling activities for you to enjoy.

We were lucky enough to go on a day that had less than 80 children attending, going by seating and partly areas it has the potential to be very very busy. So I expect that weekdays would be generally better than weekends. I do not know if they have restrictions on numbers.

My daughter is 8 she had a great time playing on the equipment it is a really great place to play. She literally played herself out until she could play no more.
Great party rooms if you want a party also they look amazing!
We will be back again.
Note If you bring two parents one can go in and out at a time, which we found handy as I had to sort out train tickets and was able to go in and out while my wife watched my daughter. You can't bring kids in and out though one entry only.

Visited here as we were staying at the Travelodge attached to Bankstown Sports Club. The kids enjoyed it. We found it a little on the expensive side for entry plus the adults had to pay for entry as well. The saving grace here was that adult entry included a complimentary coffee which was actually pretty good.
