The view from the balcony was excellent. Service was very good , nothing was a problem. Even though pool area was a little small
Food and drink service by staff was excellent.

My friends and I stayed at Peppers in December for 3 nights. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment like room with a kitchen, living room and large balcony where you could open all of the windows to make it feel as one big living room. I want to start off by saying the hotel staff was so friendly. Everyone was super nice from the front desk, to the waiters/waitresses, and the people who carried our bags. They went out of their way to welcome us, make sure we were having a good time, book excursion, etc... I wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars based on the staff. The rooms were huge and very clean. I felt like I was staying in an apartment rather than a hotel. The food and drinks are good. A little expensive, but I came to realize all of Airlie is pretty expensive. The pool is nice, although not too big. The pool chairs were taken pretty quickly, but I suppose there are so many things to do during the day that you don't need to lay out by the pool (although we did one day and enjoyed it). The hotel is within walking distance to the main strip of restaurants, bars and shops. Heading into town is a nice walk (maybe 10-15 minutes and mostly downhill). Coming back can be a little tough because you have to walk up a big hill. But hey, a little exercise doesn't hurt. The hotel offers a free shuttle leaving every two hours, with the last shuttle leaving at 7pm. So if you go to the main strip early, catch the free shuttle. Cabs are pretty easy and only like $10 to come back to the hotel later if you prefer that option. I definitely recommend this hotel based on the extremely friendly staff, the large and clean rooms and the closeness to the main street (if you are ok with a little hike on the way home). Great resort!!

We stayed at Peppers for 3 nights in December and it was fantastic. The rooms are HUGE and spotless. The views are also fantastic views and make the huge hills worth the exercise! The only downside is it's not RIGHT in town but it's literally a 10 minute walk or cheap cab ride to/from. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and SOOO friendly! I wanted to friend them all! I would highly suggest anyone to stay here and it's good for all age groups.

Once we found this place we stay there every time we are in airlie.
Every room has got a jucuzzi tab and a big balcony with stunning views over the sea. Good furniture and appliences in the room.
Nice salt water infinity pool with the spa next to it.
The best restarant in airlie beach with it's waygu steaks, chocolate desert platter and tasmanian oysters.
It is located on a stiff hill, so for older people you can always ask reception for a cart to drop you off where you need in the resort.

Room Tip: I've stayed in 4 different rooms and there were all very good.

My wife and I have just returned from a great stay in a brand new 1 bedroom apartment. The apartments are a generous size and well appointed, the best thing is the balcony and view. All apartments appear to have a great sea view, with high floors enjoying the best.
The pool is stunning but be early to get a deck chair, not an issue now the busy season has finished. Shuttle to and from town runs 9-7 every two hours but it's only a ten minute walk even if the hotel drive is a steep climb. The restaurant is excellent and well worth a dinner date, also try shipwrecked in town for dinner and Harry's for lunch. If you get a deal including breakfast (a-la-carte) Peppers is good value and well worth a stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights over New Year. It is a lovely place with great staff. The room we had was a suite - very large bedrooms (2), good sized kitchen and sitting area and a very large balcony looking over the bay.
However the pool is small and only a few chairs / loungers. It was busy when we were there so quite often there was no space to sit. Also the sun disappears quite early in the day..
The walk back from the town is seriously steep.
Didnt eat there so cannot comment on the food.
Nice place but not really a resort and the location is not ideal.

we come here once a year of a week of luxury and sun. peppers airlie beach is amazing. we stay in one of the two bedroom apartments above the pool on the first floor. 116 i think, it's a great position, short walk down to the pool and restaurant. the king size beds are super comfy, wish i could take the room home with me. nice and spacious, great balcony with a view and it keeps cool even when it's hot and humid outside.

the pool is amazing, great comfy chairs and the staff come and take your order by the pool (coffee, cocktails, chips etc)

the restaurant is incredible. the food is great and the view is breathtaking.

looking forward to our next visit!
