Dear Rhojoh,

Thank you for posting a review regarding your recent stay with us. It is
such a shame that you couldn’t of stayed longer to make full use of
all the facilities. I empathise with your comments regarding it is a “bit of a maze” as I
also find some resorts to be a little disorientating when you’re unfamiliar with the establishment.
Please be assured after much collaboration in the development of Peppers Coral Coast all
aspects were taken into consideration due to the nature of the resort being situated on the side of the hill.
Each apartment building was strategically placed to maximise views whilst providing adequate
undercover parking, for all guests.

Rhojoh we do hope to see you back again the next time you decide to holiday
in Airlie Beach.

Kind Regards,

Leonie & The Team

Nice and close location to town with a complimentary shuttle bus for those who don't want to walk. Staff could not do enough for you. We only ate in town once as the resort restaurant "Tides" not only had amazing food but the staff were fantastic. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be recommending Peppers to friends.

Had an awesome 4-days stay at Coral Coast. Although the resort was pretty busy with 2 weddings and 1 function, all staff members were always friendly, making all my whole family feel really confortable. Also the room was like brand new with all the white goods and furnitures spotless. And the third thing is the location. When you go to the balcony is like watching to a picture. Such a beautiful landscape!
Special thanks to Leonie, Ben (best service), Lucy (best weather forecast), Melissa (very busy and always friendly), Alyson (always serving us asap) and the girl from mini bar (couldn't pick her name, she was very friendly).

Thanks heaps guys!
Fernando

Be sure to ask when making a booking whether or not your accommodatoin is a handicap room. I was here Aug 21 with a female friend for a girls getaway (shopping, spa, relaxing). I told my husband its was a lovey accommodation with a giant jacuzzi bath, double sinks, cozy sofas and bifold doors opening up the balcony and a nice view of the sea. He decided we should come back for a romantic getaway. We came the following weekend and the room we were given was one reserved for handicapped. We were not asked or told this was the only accommodation they had avaialbe. Here's the difference. The toilet in not separated by a privacy wall, the giantic jacuzzi bath becomes one tub for a single, the door on the shower is gone and one sink set very low for wheel chair access. The double sofa becomes one single sofa and the outside door with now view is a sliding door. Great accommodation for handicapped persons not so great for a romantic getaway. BE SURE TO ASK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend PINNACLES in Airlie, great rooms with wooden floors and great views.

Room Tip: Ask details about your room.

Dear JanB,

Please accept my sincerest apologies for your less than ideal stay at Peppers Coral Coast.
It disappoints me that we weren’t given the opportunity to rectify your expectations with
the apartment upon your discovery on arrival, as we do always try to accommodate all requests.
We have found these apartments are given preference with other valued guests who prefer
not to have to manoeuvre around the large spa tub, giving them more bench space for their personal effects.

Thank you for your review.

Our room was fantastic with all the mod cons. Huge balcony with amazing view with outdoor furniture, you could cook in the kitchen and eat on the balcony. Had a few power problems but they were very quick to respond and fix. It's a bit of a hike to get up there but well worth it for the views. Has parking if you need it. If ever in airlie I would stay here again. I thought it was great value for what you got.

Highly recommend staying in such a lovely complex with great views.
Only one issue. Shower glass stand too close to person when showering. Felt glass edge could cause harm if bumping or rising up under from picking up soap.
I am sure this will be corrected.

Room Tip: Wonderful rooms with so many luxeries and balcony to relax on. Views are wonderful. Loved the local...
