Description: Visit our Café and enjoy Clean, Healthy Homemade Food. A hidden gem just off the main commercial tourist strip, well worth the short walk. Specialising in Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free dishes. We are happy to create the perfect meal that not only tastes great but is good for you. Community minded, supporting the regions farmers and growers and showcasing local crafts and home grown products, including homemade Kombucha. We go organic where possible using Mungalli Creek Organic Milk and yoghurts and Byron Bay Coffee and loose leaf teas. We welcome you to relax and listen to the chilled tunes, browse through our extensive library of books and enjoy friendly service with a genuine desire to make you feel at home. Your kids and K9's are warmly welcomed also.

Impressed by this cafe. Kitchen happily accommodated our rather strict dietary requirements & created a breakfast of the standard I have at home - lots veges, organic produce, coconut oil etc. sets this place above the stock standard prepackaged cheap & nasty ingredients characterising the typical main st cafe. Organic Byron Bay coffee not brilliantly done (5-6/10) but the excellence in food knowledge, handling & flexibility with ingredients & menu makes this first choice for a healthy breakfast.

After our first Cafe One 3 we knew this was excactly what we were looking for in a regular weekend breakfast. Healthy, tasty with by far the best service we've found in our 2 years of living locally. By far the best Coffee in town. Cannot talk more highly of this Cafe.

Cafe One 3 is a humble and happy place. As a tourist visiting Airlie with family and friends we ate here often. It's almost like dining at home with good friends. This beautiful space provides wholesome food in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Cafe One 3 provides lots of vegetarian, wholesome and organic produce that is affordable for everyone. This place is hard to beat (especially their organic coffee)!
