I absolutely loved this experience. It felt like an outdoor classroom - we learned so much about the local flora and fauna spotted along the land and water tours. We saw crocodiles, kangaroos, many types of birds, a tiny green frog, and the friendly turkey. In the morning, we were picked up at our hotel by a comfortable bus and transferred to the site. When we got off the bus, the tour operators greeted us and shook our hands. We were served billy tea and damper freshly baked. It was delicious. We were also served a hearty lunch of steak, chicken, fish, salad and desserts but they did say they would throw away any left overs which made me unhappy to hear. It rained a bit and they provided us with ponchos for the land tour. The covered wagon on land was comfortable and so was the flat boat for croc viewing. Be sure to use the clean restrooms before boarding the boat - it is a two hour tour. Steve Watson is full of interesting information and explained so much about croc behavior. It was interesting to see the picturebook of the crocodiles after the tour. Overall I loved this adventure and would recommend it to anyone.
