Palm Cove is lovely, there is such a nice atmosphere in the air. The beach is stunningly beautiful. There is a netted area for safe swimming and a children's playground. Plenty of shaded areas if travelling with children, or just to escape the sun yourself. There is a little pier to walk along at one end of the esplanade and plenty of showers, bbq and water points along the way too. We loved our afternoon at Palm Cove beach.

We had a lovely swim here in a patrolled and netted area. I would recommend sticking to these areas although some people like to swim anywhere there are stingers and even potential crocodiles in the water. The beach was clean and tidy and we saw maintenance happening a few times while we were there. The sidewalk runs adjacent to the beach and makes for a lovely evening stroll.

Just a pice of heaven with amazing view. We went there three times during our five day trip in Cairns. We found coconuts by the beach that we could eat. The best place for long walks by the beach, swimming and relaxing.
Had coffee at Chill cafe and lunch at Palm Cove Surfing club which were both great.

This beach should be renamed to Super Paradise Australia , beautiful scenery , feels so welcoming and it is so well maintained , the resorts around are all amazing and there is a variety of restaurants and shops for any kind of taste , I wouldn’t recommend swimming in the actual beach as the crocs are out of control , be cautious around the creek next to Alamanda Resort as crocs have been spotted there too . The amazing palm walk is one of a kind and a must if you re around ,
