We were visiting during a windy period, with average winds around 20 knots. Surf was up, the water was brown and it was cool on the beach with little space to walk at high tide as the waves came up to the trees.
The very narrow and steep beach could do with some sand-dune care to preserve it for the future.
Not a lot to do, with cafe's serving poor coffee - they could do with training, and expensive eateries without the quality to back up the price. We had better fare at smaller beaches.
