Sarayi Boutique Hotel

I stayed at a garden studio, which I personally prefer to the Hotel rooms. Having a small terrace,a huge and very clean tiled room with WLan available -(huge TV which was not important for me), refrigerator, and I was even asked if I wished for a microwave... After I got picked up at the airport and received plenty of recommendations for Dining, breakfasting, touring with all the supports one could wish for three days in paradise could begin. I will come back and recommended Sarayi already to my brother and his girlfriend who actually live in Melbourne and seeing my pictures they are sureto come.
The appartment with mountain view is very beautiful too with a balcony at the living room, a sofa that could serve as a double bed, a nice tub and a balcony at the bed room.

Thank you very much for all Hayley!

I stayed at Sarayi for 6 nights. Every aspect of my stay was perfect, the service provided by Vanessa, Hayley, Chantelle & Karen was excellent. My garden studio room was great, but I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a hotel style room after 3 nights. I loved the views from the rooftop pool and being located opposite the beach. Sarayi provided complimentary airport transfers in airconditioned spotless vehicle. I'm already planning a return trip to Palm Cove and I will be staying at Sarayi without doubt. Thanks again girls :)

I stayed at Sarayi Hotel (Palm Cove) in November 2010 for one night with my partner. The lovely staff arranged to pick us up from another hotel down the road (so we didn't have to catch a taxi/lug heavy bags around in the heat!), which was greatly appreciated by my partner and I. Upon arrival to the hotel there was a lovely little bar which also made great food, and the room was quite big (the television was HUGE!, LCD flatscreen), the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. My only suggestion would be to provide doonas rather than thin blankets (even though it is hot, this would've made the bed a little comfier). Overall this hotel was great value for money and the staff were both welcoming and very customer orientated. Thank you !

Overall a great place. We were a litlle disappointed with our original 'garden' room but after upgrading to a 'balcony' room things improved. The staff cant do enough to help. Top marks. Especially Chantelle!

One kinda of gripe ... not sure what official star rating the place is but no daily maid service. Had to place the used towels outside the door to get them replaced. Very odd.

Gotta mention The Rising Sun. A bar located in the hotel. KC is the man! Good food, drink & live music 3 nights a week.

Stayed for a very relaxing week in an ocean view appartment. Our balcony overlooked the beach and esplanade. The room was well equipped with large LCD TV, wireless internet, and workable kitchen. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant and are all working toward the success of the hotel which is a private venture I think. The pool is very nice but not opulent - helped by the fact you mostly have it to yourself.
Good value.

Notes: There is a large Coles supermarket at Clifton beach where we picked up enough supplies for a week of breakfasts and lunches. The Argentea development has set up lovely boardwalks if you are into walking. Trip up to Kuranda is worthwhile - don't miss the Baron falls.
