We had a glorious time over Christmas at the peppers beach club. The people were helpful the place was spotless our room had everything one could ask for. We were in the penthouse suite on the top floor, definitely the best spot with an extra large balcony in the shade of Palm trees. Could not find fault

The staff made the stay truly enjoyable. We arrived to a lady at reception with a big welcoming smile and an ocean view room upgrade! It rained for a few days but the spa on the balcony, the three pools and gym made it feel like the sun was shining. Breakfast was great, huge variety from fresh fruits, yogurt, linseeds, eggs and bacon, juices and coffee. Even though the pool bar was closed because of the weather you can still order and they will bring out cocktails or food. For our anniversary my partner organised a picnic which was great and rose petals scattered in our room. He organised this with reception as with a few other activities. My only negative was eating in palm cove is quite expensive ($25-35 for an average main meal). Eat at the hotel. We went to port douglas for the day (we were originally going to stay there) but preferred the tranquility that palm cove had to offer. 100% recommend this hotel for a relaxing get away!

Really nice pool, room tired, booked room through What if, so probably got the crap room.
Staff at front desk nice, spa is great value.
Can not comment of the food in the restaurant, didn't try it, but it looked like GODS waiting room.
Some nights only 4 people in there.
So before i cop it from the General Manager, its not all bad news, could be a really great place.
But felt if i had died in the room, i may be found in about 10 days or so. Ego cleaning.
So would i stay there again, only if they asked me really nicely.
The ugly, well i'll let u find that out

We were travelling along the East Coast, starting with our civil marriage at Peppers in Palm Cove. We had an amazing wedding, organised by Lizzie the Hotels Event Planner. Everything worked out perfect even though we had to arrange it from overseas. The staff was very obliging! There was no request we couldn't ask for. Lizzie, thank you so much for your afford!! We will never forget this very special day!!

My wife and I recently stayed at Peppers for a much needed short break from business matters. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly staff member, Jane. She informed us that we were being upgraded to a Penthouse Suite! Room 6132P. This was perfectly situated near the rear of the resort and overlooked the Serenity Pool. This was well away from the other noisier overseas tourists. The room was clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and obliging. The buffet breakfast was well enjoyed each morning and allowed us to make lunch just a fruit snack. I could be picky and point out a few maintenance items that could do with some attention, but overall a delightful stay that I thought was great value. I would recommend this resort.

Room Tip: Rooms near the Serenity Pool appeared quieter.
