We hear the coffee is great, however since we haven't had one yet, we will leave that for another review...

All the locals we have met suggested Deli Adrift for coffee and a takeaway sandwich if you wanted a restaurant break.

We did exactly that. While two sandwiches (toasties) were very fresh & tasty, the third (ham, cheese and avocado) was well, not so good. We had to throw away 2/3 of ham as they had left all the fat on it. There is nothing worse than biting into a ham sandwich and all you see if 'white fat'...

Anyway, will try them for coffee and stay clear of the food. Given the ham toastie was almost $9, I would rather lean towards a restaurant meal and go all the way. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day.

Shame. Will updated after coffee visit....

Great coffee and very yummy cake selection. Pecan pie was especially good. Cafe is also very accommodating with families despite being relatively small.

We stayed at the Alamanda hotel which was across the street from this tiny and cozy restaurant. The owners are very friendly and the food is fresh and delicious. They also make a wonderful cappuccino! Highly recommended for breakfast.
