We had an amazing evening at Lime and Pepper with a wonderful end to our 17th Wedding anniversary. The meal was amazing and in particular the desert was an experience. Service was also great with every thing we wanted taken care of.
Thank you Lime and Pepper team!

We had a wonderful dinner in this restaurant. We are actually very fussy with our food and therefore often disappointed with so called "exclusive restaurants".
We had the best ever fish this evening. It was an in olive oil poached Wahoo, just divine!!!
The sauce was just to lick off the plate and the black and red rice was perfect combination with it.
But it came even better with the dessert: It was a dream of sweet and spicy hot combination of white chocolate cream with mushrooms on a spicy Mango Sauce in a dark chocolate cannelloni.
And last but not least an excellent service. The cook came later to our table to explain how he had prepared the dinner. We had an informative chat.
Sitting outside watching the full moon rising and listening to the ocean's waves was just the icing of the cake.
It was absolutely worth every cent we have spent.

The meals at this restaurant were very well prepared. The chef is a bit of a character, but the strange thing I to be sitting in a restaurant with giant trees poking through the roof. Quite different.

Party of seven - four good meals & three not even eated. The pork burger was drowned out by a myriad of flavours begining with a rosemary bread roll. And the Thai chicken salad lacked any flavour. Their in-house baked bread [but not made in-house] was great.

We have eaten at most places in Palm Cove and were overall slightly disappointed with Lime & Pepper.
Firstly we looked at the menu on the street board and thought they had a good selection to choose from for dinner so we went in. As we looked at the menu there were only six mains to choose from where we thought we saw more on the board. We asked our waiter and apparently we were also looking at the lunch menu. I think this is partly our fault but I was still disappointed that there were only six mains to choose from. Ensure you’re reading the right menu before you go in.

Our mains were nice but nothing special.

Desert well these looked good on the menu but again were disappointed with them. The deserts also came out with a sugar coated spaghetti/ past strip sticking out of it which I think was for decoration but being eatable I tried it. Hmmmmm missed the mark on this as it just didn’t go with desert and was a little weird.

If management read this I would get rid of the sugar coated pasta strip and decorate the desert with something better. The idea doesn’t work for decorate as it looks cheap and is not really eatable.
On the positive side before we received our main, the chief sent out a complimentary taster/ little entrée which was unexpected. Keep this up.

Similar to all the restaurants in Palm Cove the dining space is fantastic overlooking the ocean.

Overall we were a little disappointed considering the high prices you pay in Palm Cove and with limited mains to choose from.
