Went for dinner one evening and Wednesday afternoon happy hour drinks. The oceanside location can't be beaten, though traffic on the adjacent busy road with noisy scooters and ATVs spoils the atmosphere somewhat. The crab cakes were very good and tasty, but a bit overpriced. For some reason a beer listed on the menu at 100 pesos cost 120 pesos. Still inexpensive, though. The happy hour mojitos (two-for-one - no sharing) came suspiciously light on rum in the first drink. Had I not seeked confirmation when I arrived that this was the right day and time for the weekly two-for-one drinks, I would probably have gotten more than just lime.

We lived just across the street from Mojitos for 9 days this winter. Mojitos worked more or less as our canteen - since we were so satisfied with it - both for lunch and dinner. It's also not too pricey and you get really good value for money. Occasionally we went elsewhere - but only for a little variation. The Cuban owners know how to make a good Mojito - of course. But they also know how to make a good meal and create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere for everybody. Take the kids and bathe in the sunset - then have a sun downer and enjoy dinner :) Guaranteed to make you happy!

Recommended: Langostinos (lobster)! Burger! Steak! Grilled Dorado! Fruit milkshake! Yum!

Only things to be aware of: weekends around lunch-time can be really busy - expect some waiting time before the food gets there - the waiters may not tell you.

Stopped here a few times to wither eat or just have a beer on our way home from the beach. Food is OK - nothing special, but not bad. Needs to find a smaller loudspeaker though - too much noise to enjoy a long sit down.
