I bid for a golf break at hollins hall on the help for heroes auction and having won, was asked to contact the hotel to make the arrangements. We did as asked and everything was brilliant. The hotel and golf course were excellent and the staff created the icing on the cake. Hollins hall, we had a great time, thank you very much

This is the 3rd time I have taken our Golfing Society to Hollins Hall, the course is fantastic, the food is excellent and the staff can't do enough for you. Booking is made easy with the help of Mireille Hanshaw with her professional hands on approach, you get the feeling that nothing is too much trouble
I would like to thank all of you for making it such a wonderful day for our Golfing Society

Kind Regards
Chris Furlong

A party of sixteen of us recently enjoyed an overnight stay at Hollins Hall which included two rounds of golf, dinner, bed and breakfast. The accommodation, rooms, and food were first class, the hotel even provided us with a private room for dinner on the Sunday evening.
The golf course was in excellent condition, particularly in view of the extremely bad weather in February, and was a good test of golf for any standard.
The whole event was very ably organised by Mereile Hanshaw, Golf sales Manager, who was most helpful in all aspects of the event, particularly when we had to postpone due to the February wet weather.

Our golfing society received a warm welcome this week. Mireille, our contact, had everything in place and rooms were easy to find (not always so in a place this size). The course was in excellent condition, esp. considering the weather and the greens were true. Course marker post not always aligned with fairway discs however (strange!) Good views from the course . Rooms clean and v spacious.
Good choice for dinner, food well cooked and presented. Wines ran short! also a bit slow to arrive. Strongly recommend pre-ordering!
Overall very enjoyable stay and we hope to be back next year. Many thanks

What a wonderful welcome from receptionists Sam and Joanna. Very accommodating and very polite ladies. My room was clean and the breakfast was good. I tried the steam room and it stunk of drains. ..but having said that I enjoyed my swim. You won't be disappointed generally but this is mainly because the staff are so good.I hope that the hotel looks after them.
