“Get unit on top floors”

We stayed in unit54 & it was awesome. All furniture is modern & upto date. The veiw is 360deg of absolute ocean & beach. The building has good pool and spa, tennis court & good BBQ area although you need to book as it's busy in high season. The location is 5 star being across the road from the beach, 200mt from all the cafés, surf club.

We stayed here over the Easter break and it was fabulous! Close to beach, shops and restaurants. We never had to use the car. The apartment was great with everything you would need and we had a beautiful view of the beach. We will be coming back again soon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

A weekend away on the beach in a luxurious apartment for our wedding anniversary. Bliss or so I imagined.

Check in - very particular that the car had to be in the right parking spot and information about how to access building after 5 PM should be written down - actually one just has to walk through the restaurant on site. Keys have Apartment numbers on them and have to be carried as no full time reception. Washing drying near entry does not add to the ambience.

Unfortunately there was nothing luxurious about this apartment. Furniture outdated, rusty and dirty. Kitchen appliances rusty. Notices posted on doors if you use this room you will be charged. Notices in kitchen if you don't wash up you have agreed to pay for Housekeeper $30. I can imagine glasses and plates just wiped over and put away! I have never stayed anywhere in the world where 2 bed 2 bath apartment has been turned into 1 bed 1 bath by using notices on door - normally apartments can be configured so a door maybe locked to separate.

No bath towel rail or hooks in the bathroom so used the door. No hair dryer either although Reception kindly let me have one!

Luckily Coolum has some excellent Cafes and restaurants.

The view was good. Communal areas such as the hall had been updated. This could be an excellent place.

And what further annoyed us was a friend stayed at the refurbished Sheraton Noosa same week which was cheaper as they had breakfast included!

Room Tip: You can ask for a room with beach view but don't hold your breath.

This is not a luxury hotel. There is no one there to pick up after you and wash your towel after every use. It is a very lovely holiday home away from home. You are able to cook and clean up after yourself just like you do at home.

The views are amazing and if you get tired of being pounded by the slightly rough ocean and sand in your pants the pool and spa area is a lovely place to relax.

The staff are friendly and there is a conveniently located (and delicious) indian restaurant next to reception if you don't feel like cooking and like us, didn't want to venture out into the lashing rain.

We love this place, visit regularly and plan to continue to do so.

Room Tip: Ask for somewhere high and at the front so you get that fantastic view!

This was our first family holiday with twins of 8 months & our first year wedding anniversary, so we were really looking forward to a great weekend away with our family & extended family.
when we arrived to the 3 bedroom LUXURIOUS apartment we were appalled & disappointed. The apartment was outdated, the linen looked like something from the 1970's that was still being used as well as the beds, nothing was modern and nothing was LUXURIOUS about the apartment at all!! Neither were the views. Not being one to complain, we had just paid a large amount of money for a place that was advertised as a 4.5 star luxurious apartment.
The only positive thing I can say was the location was great.
We went down & politely asked for a refund & said this was not what we paid for or what was advertised & with no questions asked and still a friendly smile they refunded the money straight back with no questions asked, I was guessing I was not the first & no doubt wont be the last for a refund. Needless to say we wont be returning.

Room Tip: Ask to view the rooms before hand if you can, pictures can be very deceiving. Don't be scared t...

Perfect location on the Sunshine Coast. Directly opposite the magnificent beach, close to cafés and restaurants, plus the very good value surf club. The apartments could do with a bit of a make over and are looking a bit tired. Having said that they were very clean and well proportioned rooms These apartments would be perfect for families who want to self cater as they have an excellent kitchen plus laundry facilities. Don't come here if you want pampered luxury for instance you get one toilet roll provided and then it is up to you to purchase more! These apartments represent excellent value for money

This is the 15th year we have stayed at Clubb Coolum. We find that we can relax as soon as we arrive. It is close to local shops and a range of eating establishments. It is only a short drive to a number of entertainment options - the Ginger Factory and Spirit House at Yandina, Noosa National Park, Mooloolaba Fish Market, Eumundi Markets and the Blackall Range - Ludwig's Restaurant at Maleny and a great counter lunch at the Mapleton Hotel. We are always well looked after by the block's managers.
