So there it is: the new restaurant. We went there first just a few days after it had opened and again last week. Things seem to have settled nicely. The wow factor is moderate. You walk in through an automatic sliding door, after you could peek into the kitchen. Everything seems to be well organised and efficient. Staff are nice and quick in attendance, but not too quick leaving enough time to study the menu. The whole place is a good addition to the local restaurant scene which seems to slowly, very slowly develop. Food was very tasty, the wine list well chosen, mostly from the local region. The restaurant itself is a bit cool, not very cosy, but we will see how this develops in the warmer season. We will definitely be back but will not forget the existing restaurants.
