Friendly staff - big garden and on the night I popped in some great traditional Irish folk music! Nice selection of wine and beer - and although I didn't eat the food looked good!

They have the best selection of local New Zealand beers in Arrowtown. The food is excellent as well. Do not miss this place.

Went here based on trip advisor reviews and were not let down. It is in a really cute old bank building but has a beautiful and spacious beer garden out the back. The real bonus for us was the cubby house and sandpit with lots of toys for the kids. They had a ball and we were able to sit there and watch them while relaxing with a beer in beautiful surrounds.

Speaking of beer, they have a plethora of options and they are all good. The staff also seemed to really know their stuff when it came to the beers, which is great. We were recommended a couple and really enjoyed them. The menu is not overly extensive but seems reasonably priced for such a touristy place. We had the pork belly burgers which were sensational. They also have a great kids menu.

Highly recommend!

In the cute but touristy old mining town of Arrowtown had a very tasty pork belly burger, crisp apples and coleslaw accompanied hoisin marinated pork on a soft fresh bun. Very yummy.

This is a must for a meal or a drink if you are visiting Arrowtown. There's a really great traditional pub atmosphere coupled with a great selection of food and drinks - particularly ales. There's outside seating - perfect for a sunny day and the staff are really helpful and friendly. There were 4 of us in our group and we all loved our meals - the menu is pretty limited for lunch but everything on it looked very appealing - and when our meals arrived they were cooked to perfection and well presented. Prices were reasonable too
