Wow thank you very much for the wonderful review. Yes an old fashioned Aussie night, of comfort food with a very tasty camp Oven meal and beside a campfire. Live a bit of history that will soon be lost in these modern times. The stories are chosen by our guests, and what they want on the night. A bit of Aussie history on the Stations, a bit of bush culture, or a bit of Aboriginal culture. We try to fit in a bit of fun so you go home laughing. Hope to see you again sometime. Cheers.

Wow thank you Lesley, for the great review. Appreciate it. We try and give you a mix of some good old history and some funny yarns to go with the best stew and Dampers flavoured from our own Aussie bush tucker. We try to give an authentic Aussie Camp oven meal just like the original Stockman's camps albeit with more comfort. Great to have you. Hope you can come again sometime. Cheers.

Marksie and Penny are great hosts second only on the night to the camp oven cooking. Great tastes, and use of local bush ingredients. Night was topped off by Marksies story telling. You'll never get another delicious meal like this cooked in a more simpler way.

Just as we anticipated... a hearty Aussie meal washed down with hot billy tea. Firstly, a warm welcome from Marksie then a good yarn or two to make you laugh. We had a most enjoyable evening.

Marksie and Penny fitted is in at a moments notice when we called on an off-chance. The food was delicious and Marksie was really entertaining all evening. It was great to see how meals would have been cooked traditionally in such a remote setting and eat some local ingredients too. The wallabies roaming around all evening were also a highlight for me :)
