This Museum is dedicated to the story of Rishon Le Zion. This was one of the very first Jewish settlements in Israel ("Moshava"), but little of that remains. What it became in the last few decades is a sleepy suburb of Tel Aviv, only now showing the very first signs of establishing it's own style and cultural attractions.
If you find yourself in the city for business or shopping and have an hour to burn, I guess you could do worse than this small history museum with a strong Nostalgic vibe of early zionism. No reason to come otherwise. For a better example of such a settlement that still retains much of it's charm, find "Zikhron Ya'akov" on your map.
